Lamb Prices

Lamb from our Black Welsh Mountain and Wiltshire Horn sheep is available seasonally. The two breeds are native and well suited to organic farming, particularly the Wiltshire Horn's, which do not need to be shorn as they lose their wool naturally.
All our meat is prepared following traditional hanging and butchering practices.
